Why do I get a blank screen when I download a worksheet? |
| |
Very occasionally, there can be a problem with the version of Acrobat Reader installed on a user's computer, which leads to a blank screen when viewing worksheets.
It's very easy to fix.
First uninstall the version of Acrobat Reader you have on your computer. Then, go to the Adobe website, and download the latest version of the Reader software. It's free. The link is here.
As soon as you've reinstalled the latest version, you'll be able to view the worksheets without any difficulties. [back]

Why am I having problems when printing? |
| |
Our handouts are in PDF files. This means they will look the same when printing on any computer.
Rarely, there can be problems with some browsers which can cause printing difficulty. Some versions of the Google Chrome browser can have errors, as it does not use Acrobat Reader to print. If you are experiencing these difficulties, a different browser will work. Alternatively, save the worksheet to your desktop and then double click it to open it in Acrobat Reader (or Preview on a Mac). If you print from there, it will look perfect!
