How do I view the worksheets? |

You need to become a member to log in and download our materials. Take a tour to find out more.
You can log in either by clicking on 'Member Login' from any page, or by clicking on the link to a member's handout.
Enter your username and password. The worksheet will then download.

What format are the worksheets in ? |

All our worksheets are in PDF format. To view them, you need Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. The software is free, and probably already installed.

Why do I get a blank screen when I download a worksheet? |
| |
Very occasionally, there can be a problem with the version of Acrobat Reader installed on a user's computer, which leads to a blank screen when viewing worksheets.
It's very easy to fix.
First uninstall the version of Acrobat Reader you have on your computer. Then, go to the Adobe website, and download the latest version of the Reader software. It's free. The link is here.
As soon as you've reinstalled the latest version, you'll be able to view the worksheets without any difficulties.

How long does it take to download a worksheet ? |

The answer depends on the speed of your Internet connection. If you are using a dial-up modem, you may have to wait five seconds or so for a typical worksheet. You only need to click once ... please be patient! After a few seconds, the Acrobat splash-screen will be displayed, and you know you're in business.
If you have a broadband connection, the handouts will download almost instantly. [back]
